Why are they closed on a Saturday (St. Patty's Day weekend) at 5 pm??? The app wouldn't let me order, so we drove by... crickets...

Alex is extremely rude and was YELLING at an employee as we walked in in spanish. Placed an asap order online then watched 14 people get their in-person order before our order was even thought about being made. Then when I asked for my order I watched 3 more customers get make and get their order! Obviously terrible

They make very good sandwiches. Everything is always fresh. And true to their word, the smells are free.The included picture was taken a few years ago when they were giving away free turkey and ham sandwiches. Not a lot of other places give away a whole sandwich!

I ordered a slim 5 with added peppers, as I've done many times before. I paid for and received the sandwich, but no container of peppers. I asked where my peppers were and was told they can't provide them for a slim sandwich. I wasn't told that before I paid for the sandwich and I wasn't asked if I wanted to pay extra for them. This doesn't make sense and when I questioned the manager, he just said we can't do that and walked away. No explanation. They won't see me anymore.

Sandwich was supposed to be no tomato. Had no mayo. Waste of money. Food allergy. Redelivery offered but my office was closed by then. No money back.
