One bite says it all about the quality of sushi and the fish. The freshness this place exudes is on point!! Had their sashimi and fried tofu.
On my mission to try every Japanese restaurant without actually going to Japan (soon I hope!), I decided on lunch at Sushi Den in Rose Bay.
Great place for lunch and dinner. Interesting menu and licensed. All meals tried have been very good.
The salmon sashimi was fresh and tasted nice and the seaweed salad was also good. I just had a quick snack here but it was nice and quiet and clean. I think the food was a little dear for what it was but I guess you must anticipate that in Vaucluse. The host was very helpful and cheerful so I would definitely visit again.
