The cook seemed sick, kept sniffing and rubbing his nose with his hand and going back to the food without washing his hands. Pho was pretty flavorless, and the veggies in the pho tasted like they were previously frozen. Service wasn’t great either. This happened about 6 months ago, I haven’t been back since. This charming little spot is conveniently located next to Fred Meyer. The service was great, and the beef pho was even better! It totally hit the spot for my cravings. I would definitely go back.
