Always good food. Sometimes slow on the service. Spendy for fast food but worth it.

A “large fries” costs $4.29, and comes in a 5” square paper bag that holds about 20 fries. At first I figured they had given me a small fries, but no, just to be sure you’re not mistaken, the bag actually has “large” printed on the back! I can only guess they got tired of trying to convince folks otherwise when they questioned/complained about the mini-bag of fries they received. Dear “Burgerville Owner,” please don’t leave the usual, trite response. It just insults the reviewer and demonstrates that, in fact, you do not care. Went through the drive thru last night at 10pm. Hadn't been there for quite some time. Ordered 2 double beef cheeseburgers and a pumpkin milkshake..... received 2 cold burgers whose broken up patties looked like they came from the floor. You know it's not good when you actually wait to get home after your first couple bites to open up your burger to see what's in it. The shake was full of hard lumps of what must have been the seasoning... last $20 they get from me. Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1
