Starbucks - Van Nuys

Ordered on uber eats, messed up entire order. now have to come into the store with a terrible cold to pick up food.

Completely disgusted with the low level of customer service and urgency. First and last time I will ever go back to that location. Super slow and super unprofessional!

What a breath of fresh air! After a horrible experience with the one on Sherman Way (that I have decided to completely avoid), I stopped here! Wow, what a difference ! Not only was the staff friendly, organized, patient, knowledgeable , but they also made you feel valued ! I am so glad it’s just as close by. I will be stopping here when from now on. For instance, who serves iced coffee without ice? If there's an oversight, instead of just handing me a small cup of ice on the side, wouldn't it make more sense to get a new cup filled with ice and pour my drink into it? I shouldn't have to worry about my car's cup holder when I didn't request a side of ice. Unfortunately, since I wasn't the one who picked up my order, I couldn't get it sorted out properly.
