Perfect Donuts - Van Nuys

Perfect Donuts ? Far from perfect! Came here for a regular Deli sandwich, one donut, and a bottled drink from the fridge. ?? $18 that blew my freaking mind!? I understand inflation, but damn! Never went back again. Not to mention, one employee had told me the owners are very rude to her, but then they give fake smiles to the customers.

I have been visiting this shop for over 20 years. I buy donuts seldomly, but they still have great donuts, hot chocolate and croissants.I have always felt their prices were reasonable, and their donuts even one day old are not stale tasting like other donut shops.They don’t usually carry my favorite donut, but when I ask for it, the will have it for me the next day.The shop owners have an interesting background and it is nice being able to learn about others backgrounds and cultures.

She made the sandwich fresh as soon as I told her , the donuts are bomb, they have sea moss which is supposed to be really good for you so I got some . Also the lady was super friendly!

I think I was charged for a dozen donuts—$20? Did I miss something about today's prices, or did I get a better deal yesterday?

The donuts were a bit messy and crumbled easily, even though it was just lunchtime. You can't really go wrong with donuts—I mean, they're donuts! But unfortunately, these were not good at all. I wouldn't come back here again.
