Carl's Jr. - Van Nuys

I never really Yelp or rate anything but I was surprised, I had to do somethingThe most polite drive thru cashier I have ever met.

I got the $5 special box with chicken tenders and they gave me 3 little tenders. this is ridiculous. RIPPED OFF.

I was looking forward to the baby back rib burger, it seemed like a great ideaI just had one in a meal for $11.00(?!) and was very disappointed.

It's fast food, nothing was open for a Thanksgiving. Try not to eat at these places. Got a lettuce wrapped chicken bacon Swiss, lettuce where huge a leafy and ROTTEN IN SPOTS. Also got jalapeno poppers and fries...they had no ranch or honey mustardsauce... Bummer. Not recommend ???? only in case of emergency.

This is one of the better Carl's Jr's. At most of the fast food restaurants out there it's rare that you get a burger that looks like the menu. This Carl's is the exception. They make it even better than the picture. I highly recommend this Carl's location.
