Bj's Brewhouse - Valley Stream

I would give it 3.5 stars if I could. They could use some more coordination about who is greeting/seating, and who is serving. There was some confusion about who is doing what when we walked in. I was surprised to see the bartender come over and serve people around us. I ordered the enlightened tuna salad. It was alright, the salad was slightly wilted, the Tuna was great though. The atmosphere for a Thursday afternoon was nice and not too busy. The beer selection is excellent. I will probably come back.

It was our anniversary and hubby and I decided to try out BJ’s Brewhouse. What a great choice! The food was seasoned well and delicious. Our server, David was fantastic, so incredibly knowledgeable about the food and beers. He introduced hubby to their signature beer Jeremiah Red and hubby loved it so much he bought a gallon to bring home. The other staff were professional and helpful as well. We will definitely go back to this restaurant. Special thanks to David who made our first experience at BJ’s Brewhouse wonderful! Thanks for the monkey bread!!

We came almost two hours before so it wasn’t busy. We were attended pretty fast within two minutes we were already seated at a table. The customer service is very good. Our server Brandon was very attentive and helpful. He waited for us to decide what we wanted to order and even explained the menu options in order to help us make a decision. He was also very polite and had great energy. I had a very good experience. The food was very delicious and contained filling portions. The atmosphere was also nice. It wasn’t super loud and they had TVs playing in the background but were muted so it wouldn’t interrupt conversations. I’d definitely come again. Overall service would be five stars.

I am not writing this review to tell you what to do with your hard-earned money. I am going to share my thoughts and you make your own decision if you would like to try this place or not. Had a meal from the lunch menu. The food was good. I absolutely loved the clam chowder soup. it was creamy and had big clams. The service was good and the restaurant was nice and clean. I will be back for dinner time soon.

I have ordered Take out during the pandemic and eaten inside during the past Holiday season. The food was fabulous every time. I had one of the best drinks I ever had! I will be back.
