I really enjoy this cozy spot. It can get a bit slow when it's busy, but I think that's because they don’t have many employees. I feel a little sorry for them. Update: I returned the same day and spoke with Cameron, who turned out to be the night manager, while the rude employee was the day manager. Cameron's service was exceptional, and the rest of the staff seemed much happier without the day manager around. Subway, if you care about your franchises, you really need to reconsider having that woman in charge. Cameron deserves to be the main manager; after 14 years of service, no one should treat employees so poorly. From now on, I will only visit this Subway if Cameron is working and the day manager is not present!
