Burger King - Valley City

I'm finished with this Burger King in town. I paid over $18, and nothing was fresh. The burger was cold, the cheese wasn’t melted, and the fries were stale. Food: 1, Service: 2, Atmosphere: 1.

I had some issues with my order. My mom was supposed to get a BBQ Whopper with cheese, with no tomatoes, lettuce, or pickles. Since Sue left, this restaurant has really gone downhill! My wife paid $13, only for our order to be incorrect and my chicken was so overcooked that I couldn't even eat the sandwich! Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

I placed an order through my BK app, then drove to the drive-through speaker. I told them I placed an order through the app, and they asked me what my name was and told me to drive up. I ordered a whopper and medium onion rings, and they had the food ready within 2 minutes. I only had a 2 minute drive home, but when I went to eat it, the whopper was on the cold side. I'm not sure if they could have done anything better on their end, so I still give em 5 stars. Polite, fast, and tasty. Have a great day, and God bless!

Really can't tell about that atmosphere because I just use the drive-thru. But the food was very good the service was fast and they made everything the way I asked. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
