I used to always like to eat here. The food is great and the staff is friendly. However, we had a lesser experience yesterday. It took a very long time for the food to arrive. One dish was not what we ordered. The service was not attentive to whether the glasses were empty, we always had to wait and call someone. Finally, I had to wait almost an hour for a dessert that was never taken. A few minutes before closing time I went to pay and indicated that I had not received dessert. The manager went to check it and saw that the receipt was still open in the kitchen. Incredible. He responded as if it was the most normal thing in the world. I also left a tip without compensation or apologies from the company. I now regret that... too bad this will stop us from coming again. The spicy pizza was tasty, but not really spicy (not necessarily very spicy). The menu showed vegetarian tapas, and it said that what was included was a “surprise”. In the end it all turned out to be just leftovers from food they were already making, such as potatoes and spaghetti and more, while nowadays you can make much more original vegetarian snacks, which was a shame.
