Mr Pizza - Vale of White Horse

I tried the Salami Special pizza at this restaurant last night and it was amazing! It is hands down the best pizza I have ever had in this country. I was pleasantly surprised considering the location and modest appearance of the establishment. Well done, Mr. Pizza!

I have been a loyal customer for over two years, but the past three months have been disappointing. The customer service has declined significantly, and it seems like they no longer care. Unfortunately, I will no longer be ordering from Me Pizza Wantage.

I have ordered from this restaurant in the past and it has been hit or miss. Tonight, when I tried to order online, I found out that card payments or Apple Pay were not available despite being advertised. I called the restaurant to inquire and was told that I needed to place an order, select "pay on collection," and then call the restaurant to pay due to issues with their card machine or online payment system. I followed their instructions and when I called to pay for part of my order, I was informed that the ice cream I wanted was not available. I was also told that they couldn't deliver unless my order was at least £10.00 and the only available ice cream flavor was chocolate, which I didn't like. I asked if they could still deliver, but they said no. While I understand the need for a profit margin and reasons for delivery requirements, I felt that the service was unhelpful and a waste of my time. I will not be going through this process again.

The food is prepared quickly and the staff is very friendly. Overall, it's a good place to eat.
