This is the best McDonalds in tbe Oxfordshire. Everyone is very friendly, the service is superfast and the toilets are very clean.

Service can be slow. Food can be cold and high chairs dirty

My burger looked like it had been run over and it wasn't very hot. The staff looked overworked and it took around 10 minutes for my complaint to be dealt with.

Indian manager guy shouting at staff at the coffee machine made my son cry. Very rude to the young workers keep stressing them out making them even more confuse...

Not open. All signage said open from 5 am. Sat shivering in cold from 5:25am until 6am when staff deigned to open store. Claimed signage needs to be updated but...

This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. It is dirty, poorly maintained, and the staff and management clearly do not prioritize customer service...

Bone dry, luke warm food. Indifferent staff. No serviettes. Definitely the worst McDs I've ever had, you need to investigate this branch
