Val-david General Store

A little bit pricey but very interesting inventory !

We rushed to get ice cream, got to the counter, was shown the ice cream, we went to place the order and she said they were closed…. even though they were still open. I would have totally understood closing early, but the lady was so rude it left us all quite upset.

Home goods store with attractive well curated items. In store coffee bar was busy. Purchased gifts and functional souvenirs.

The welcome is warm and the ice cream delicious (the honey lavender and the lemon sorbet are worth the detour)! Beautiful kitchen decorative objects, local creations and a selection of jewellery. Perfect for finding a nice gift and a good grape soda.

It is my wife's and kinds favorite store in Val David. They love spending time exploring the items. You can see lots of stylish goods there.The prices, you know, are a bit off the reality. This place is not for every day purchases for sure.
