Five Guys - Utica

The service was excellent and the food was delicious. A 9 out of 10 for a burger may seem excessive, but sometimes you just have to try it.

Awesome burgers and fries, the cooks and manager treated us very well and I get the same service every time I go there which is 1 or 2 times a week

The staff consistently made mistakes with our order at this restaurant. They forgot to include the low carb bowl we ordered and failed to include most of the ingredients in sandwiches 1 and 3.

I haven’t been to 5 guys in years. I came here with my daughter and it was a great experience because of the service. We were greeted immediately upon walking up to the counter by Mia (I think that was her name). Everyone cooking on the line was all smiles. Thanks to the whole team working on Sunday 3/6 for contributing to a pleasant atmosphere.

Hamburger cheeseburger joint..... this store is clean and the workers are fast friendly...been there twice the heat is not on make sure to wear a jacket eat fast.....oh and other 5 guys stores load the French frie bag not this one small order is small like 15 fries not enough for two people...guess that's the way it is here, great if you're watching calories
