Steak N Shake - Urbana

I called her to see if I can dive. her phone ringed and ringed. no answer. open the dining room!

They are terrible and so rude in the drive through! They really need to learn customer service! if I could give zero stars, I would!

Came here 15 minutes after opening and each hamburger we got was cold, pommes were cold and pop flat. they have not forgotten to give us serviettes, I guess that will make you a star. is everybody steak and shakes suck now? a year ago they were in order.

Eating was just bad. serve on meat and no salt on the frits

SO SLOW!!! There was 3 cars in front of me and it took 25 min to get through the drive through. If they don't have the manpower to provide adequate service, they should close the doors. This stake shake looks ran down badly. Last time I visit this location
