This place has so much potential but really falls short. We stopped on our way from Chicago to St. Louis hoping to try a few different places in the food hall. Only one shop was (or looked) open. We got three dishes from the poke place. The proteins in the rice bowls were good but the ramen lacked flavor and freshness. Pretty pricey for something I could microwave at home. The signage is confusing and almost nonexistent, and it is hard to find the hours or availability of each food option anywhere on their website. One place didn’t even have a menu displayed so I wasn’t even sure it was a food place. Showing up to a “food hall” with only one option was disappointing. The atmosphere feels sterile and not in a good way. The concept is a really great idea and we were excited about it, but it didn’t meet expectations. I came to this restaurant for lunch with a few other ladies. We all ordered poke bowls, and they were all excellent! The bowls were very tasty and fresh. The portion sizes were generous as well. I also tried an apple ice cream tea, which was delicious and a unique drink that I had never tried before.

The food and atmosphere at this restaurant are outstanding. We can't get enough! In addition to the delicious meals, they also serve a fantastic lower cup coffee roast, making it a great place to spend the workday. The only drawback is that they are not open for dinner or on weekends. Additionally, they need a better system for letting customers know when their food is ready, especially during busy times.
