I had some issues with placing orders over the phone, as some employees didn’t seem to pay attention. It’s a good idea to have them repeat your order back to you before you finalize your payment, whether over the phone or in person. I also discovered that they are not very accommodating when it comes to refunding an entire order. This became apparent when I tried to contact them shortly before they closed at 9:30 PM, after a long day of shuttling my brother between hospitals for a serious health issue.

I ordered a meatball sub, but it wasn't cooked properly— the cheese was still shredded and cold on a burnt bun. I feel like I just threw away over thirty dollars. I should really be reimbursed for my hard-earned money. I even gave a tip, despite the poor experience. If you'd like, I can help you out by showing you how to cook properly; I’d be happy to train you for free. By the way, I’d like to know the name of my server who served me raw food.

I tried calling to place an order for an hour, but no one answered the phone. The customer service is very poor; they might as well just close the restaurant.

Employee at the front taking orders was very rude and said we should do the buffet because it 's easier for them so me and my family go the buffet spent 60 dollars and every time we went to get pizza the lady was saying rude stuff about how we were getting pizza. It sounded like doing her job was an inconvenience like I get when your busy I work at a restaurant but don 't be rude to customers. Keep your attitude in check or don 't clock in. Ruined a nice day with the negative comments and rude tone. Will not be coming back

Amazing crust on the deep dish pizza! Crispy on the bottom, soft texture in the middle.The sauce is tangy yet sweet, an impossible combination to pull off in a pizza sauce!We ordered our medium 8-slice deep dish pizza topped with pepperoni, bacon, onion, and pineapple. It was superb! After devouring my first slice, I asked my wife if she thought it was too late to order a large!This pizza is so good that we're considering a two-hour road trip to come back again!
