The Ice Cream is great! Service however could use some work. My 1st time in there the Manager had a new person in there who clearly wanted to help. As they weren't that busy, I couldn't understand why she wasn't training him or talking to him or showing him anything! I've been in the store and through the drive through... Both interactions were the same. Not friendly, barely communicating at the drive thru and not at all happy or hospitable. On a better note... The young lady at the window who handed me my ice cream was fast, courteous and did smile! Maybe she should be the Manager.
We went thru the drive thru and had wonderful quick service.

The workers was rude. My son ordered a blizzard the girl dropped it on the counter when she went to do the upside down thing then acted like it was our fault for ordering it. I got a pop and it was hot with no ice. If the ice maker was broken they could of told us. So I could of ordered something that would of been cold
