So this cup, this china cup, apparently is not reusable. So when you think you should get 25p discount on having a cup which can be reused such as this one, it's not apparently. You have to bring your own. Which is a change in policy as others have discounted for using their, reusable cups. Just irritating. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: £1–10

Order 2 drinks and was charged for 3, one was the wrong drink and the other made completely wrong with staff having no sense of apology or customer service. Price per person: £1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Service is slow, staff find it hard to understand customer. Tables are dirty and the toilets are disgusting most of the time unusable you really wouldn’t want me to post a photo of what I’ve just seen in the toilets Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: £10–20
