A very rude manager and she only got upset when I asked her for a glass of water.

Very rude personal, was arguing with me because they forgot to put the cheese inside the burger and she offered me to give the cheese on side. I asked to redo the burger and she was angry at me ? will never go back again. Horrible

I never ever suspected that a habit burger can be so shady with such a bad service, bad quality of food and, bad customer service. The food took too long, the bun was burnt, the fries were not cooked enough with cold center (probably frozen and not thawed properly). This is one of the places that should be inspected by food inspectors and habit burger hq more often. This sustains due to high traffic to universal studios but their low ratings 2 star ratings are a surprise as it is definitely worth 0. Please skip the food court at The city walk universal studios.

Just spent $32 on two burgers, a small fry/onion ring combo and a soda. I asked the for a cup of water and they told me no. We don 't give out water. I just gave you $32. Can 't you give me 3 inches of water to go with this? No. Sorry. I found myself so put off by this policy. Jail will give a prisoner water. All that said, I get it. It 's their policy. They can do that. And I can give them one star and tell you and them that this policy is beyond ridiculous. You 're not the only burger stand in town.

What should one do in between two rides at Universal and The Meg 2 at AMC? Maybe grab a bite to eat. Me and Beau decided to eat Habit, why? Unclear. I ordered the Teriyaki Char Burger upon first bite DRY like sand over my tongue somewhere in the middle I thought to myself hmm ... this has a nice cheese taste and by the end I was eating a wet mush. Never not once did I think Teriyaki. For the side I got half and half fries and onion rings. Solid. Kind of whatever but solid.For to drink I got a coffee shake there was not an ounce of coffee flavor in that biz. My boyfriend got the Santa Barbara Cobb or whatever it 's called he liked it and I liked it. Moving on. Spicy Green Bean Fríes possibilities are endless when you toss it in the fryer. Add cheese make it melty (just a suggestion). Mama it 's city walk what do you want from her?
