It's included into the Hollywood Universal Studios VIP Experience package and this is where they always take you during mid tour for the 1-hour lunch break. All tour guides stop here for lunch too. Absolutely loved everything about it. Every guest had the badge, so perhaps they only open to VIP Experience folks. Greeters are very inviting and friendly. Excellent customer service, entertaining staff members, delicious foods, beautiful decorations, indoor and outdoor dining available, plus the ambience was just amazing. Entertainers, such as Lucy from I Love Lucy, Dracula, and others will come walk around, ask you how you are doing, where you are from, and then spark other conversations with you while you are enjoying your foods. Wonderful experience with great times. Plenty of foods and drinks to choose from. Prosciutto wrapped around cantelope was yummy. Salmon, poke fish meat, and shrimps were all very fresh and tasty. Salads are lightly tossed. Choose your cheese and appetizers. Entrees and meats are different each time. They even had mini crepes here. Chocolate chip cookies are very soft and warm, fresh baked. Fresh fruits. Desserts are the best: cakes, tarts, pudding, mousse desserts, etc. Lots of potatoes and pizza slices. They have mainly small bites here, but that is plenty of delicious selections to enjoy and much better than foods sold outside or all around the amusement park. Comfortable seats and spacious. Restrooms are in-house or you can walk outside to use the public restrooms at a walking distance. What a perfect place inside the center of the Paris strip that stands out. Each time we come here, it's a very different and unique experience. Perfect lighting. Tables are romantic with the small vase of flowers. Very clean and organized. Highly recommended. Very cute and cozy place.
Great buffet! We believe that this restaurant is only open to VIP tour guests or for special events but definitely worth the ticket price! Lots of choices and everything was delicious. Chefs were on site to explain what dishes were or take special requests. The patio provided scenic views of Hollywood.
Great breakfast at a great price !! If you are staying near union square ... we’ll worth the small walk to this restaurant .. the owners are very friendly and I love that it hasn’t changed in years .. a true gem not to be missed.
This came with the VIP experience. Great food. And unlimited plates and drinks. This alone is worth the VIP package. Nice view for lunch and private restrooms. Staff is very friendly and you get to see some characters while you're there.
One of the worst restaurants I’ve ever eaten at in my life The four and a half star rating is a joke I walk in, for breakfast, I think it took about 10 minutes for the server to walk over. I ordered water with lemon. I get my water. It’s warm. Right out of the sink, I’m pretty sure. I Ask for my lemon, and also for some ice. He asked the owner behind the counter, Who I believe is the elderly couple working there) whether they have any lemon. They don’t, they ran out. In the same breath, he has no ice, the ice machine “broke“ I order the vegetable omelette, hash brown potatoes, very well done, and sourdough toast. The owner proceeds to tell me that there’s no guarantee, they do make their potatoes well done, but there’s no guarantee that they’re going to be able to do it. About 30 minutes later (and the place was not busy) I get my food. The hash brown potatoes were not edible. Between the omelette and the hashbrowns, I seriously felt like there was a quarter of a cup of oil in there, and I can’t even imagine what kind of oil it was, and how old it was. The vegetable omelette was edible, but definitely oily. The heartburn set in very shortly after leaving the restaurant. Tab was more than 17 bucks. (I did order egg whites). No coffee nothing other than water Then I had to use the bathroom. Consistent with the rest of the restaurant, the bathroom was pretty grotesque. There was a huge 4 foot plus high garbage can in there, probably the main trash bin for the restaurant, in the bathroom. I waited about six hours from the time I left the restaurant to calm down and write this review just in case I felt any differently six hours later. NOT! We’re talking about a zero rating if that was possible and I didn’t have to give a one for poor
