I had the opportunity to sample their food while visiting PNWU, and I can confidently say that their food truck is a must-visit. As someone who has enjoyed BBQ in the Carolinas, I was thrilled to discover this gem in the Pacific Northwest. I tried their pulled pork and ribs, which are both smoked with alder wood for 24 hours and seasoned with their signature rub. This was hands down the best meal I had in the area! The meat was incredibly tender and perfectly seasoned, so delicious that it didn't even need any BBQ sauce (the pork and ribs are naturally flavorful thanks to the rub). The owner mentioned that they smoke meats for special occasions and take special orders, plus they cater events. I'm definitely interested in ordering a smoked turkey for Thanksgiving or a rack of ribs in the future.

I don't give that many good reviews but this is theBest BBQ I found in Washington State. Macaroni and cheese is amazing. The brisket was damn good. Portion size was good for the price. Customer service was great.
I ordered the ribs, and was very unsatisfied. It was either the quality of meat or the way they were prepared because they were very tough and chewy.I also got the pulled pork and it was a little bit better than the ribs. However, the pork was really dry. I’m betting the meat got over cooked which is why it didn’t retain any moisture. Lastly, the water that the pork was sitting in must have seeped into the lower bun because it was falling apart by the time I started eating it.I’m sad to say that this wasn’t a good meal and I most likely won’t come back.
