Papa John's Pizza - Union City

I made two large orders for pickup this weekend while I picked hungry guys up from the airport. My pickup was on time, the pizza was cooked well, the order was accurate, and the staff was friendly. I am leaving a good review due to the great repeatedservice

DO NOT ORDER AT THIS LOCATION!! Placed a online order waiting 2 hours just for the papa tracker to say my pizza was delivered when it actually wasn?t !! Called the store she said a new order would be to me in 30 minutes and it never came !!! They alsostopped answering the phone smh.

I?ve ordered from here for a very long time and the pizza used to be good but the last few times I?ve ordered it as been the worst. The customer service is non existent! I understand it?s been hard trying to hire quality people but accepting anybodyloses customers. I went to pick up my order and it was a guy talking so loud on the phone and proceeded to say ? you crazy asfuck? and ran out the store laughing. I?ve been a young adult working in a pizza place before but never have I ever donesomething like that. I?ll pass from this location after today!

This is how my pizza was delivered it suppose to be THE WORKS I have called the restaurant 3 times they kept answering and hanging up. This is not acceptable when spending over $50 for pizza

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I ordered a pepperoni pizza through the Papa Johns APP, waited for the tracker to tell me it was ready and headed to the store. How they loose a large pepperoni pizza in the store is beyond me. The workers couldn?t evenCOMMUNICATE what was going on. I?m asking where?s my pizza and she?s just shrugging. Another worker says she?ll make the pizzaand says give her 5-7 minutes. I say ok. 8 minutes later I return to the store and NO PIZZA STILL!!!! At no point was an apologyoffered. I requested a refund and after 35 minutes, left with no pizza.
