Red Lobster - Union

The service was disappointing, and the food didn’t meet expectations either. Six of us gathered to celebrate a colleague's retirement, and I advise against seeking out the summer seafood festival special you see on TV because it’s not available here. Our waitress struggled with our orders and frequently forgot items. To top it off, the woman we were celebrating found a piece of plastic in her shrimp Alfredo, which was quite troubling. I've experienced issues before, but nothing quite like this. The manager offered a 10% discount on the bill, but that felt inadequate given the level of service we received. I haven't been this disappointed in a long time. I lost my appetite and ended up taking my food home. On a positive note, I did enjoy spending time with my colleagues, and the Pina Colada was quite good.

We didn't feel like cooking, so we decided to have an early dinner at Red Lobster. I ordered the Admiral's Feast, which was fantastic! The fried shrimp were delightful, and the tartar sauce was amazing. My wife chose the lobster and shrimp scampi, along with the fried Brussels sprouts. I'm not a big fan of Brussels sprouts, but she says they're incredible. The service was consistently good and friendly. And the cookies were, as always, a sweet treat that never disappoints.

The food and service were good, but the smell in the restaurant was quite unpleasant. They really need to clean and sanitize the entire place, as the carpets definitely need to be replaced. I'm sure this isn't the first complaint they've received about the odor, and it seems to have gotten worse over time. As I approached the entrance, I was tempted to turn around because of the bad smell. However, since I was treating a co-worker to lunch and she enjoys going to Red Lobster, we went inside. I think I'll avoid this location on Route 22 in the future, and I can only give it two stars.

I always wanted to try. It is the place for seafood. Service was fast, food was great, menu was expansive and dishes were rated well. The atmosphere was what I would expect in a casual restaurant (has a pub and cats for families). Also enjoyed the music and the contemporary decor. Would come back!

It was So good the Server was amazing he knows his job the food was So So Good Fresh and served with a smile . Happy Birthday to me just what I wanted .
