Subway - Ungerer St, North Mackay

I’ve eaten at many subways in many states and this is the best one ever! The employees are super friendly and professional! They make perfect sandwiches that don’t fall apart! IMO Subway is the best sandwich chain!

I placed a pickup order through the app and left in the notes “thank you for making my sandwich!” when I picked up the kind bearded gentlemen left me a note back with a free sweet treat

I went in they were training a new employee, the girl had double braids hanging in front of her shoulders and bangs that fell to her chin.. I let the lady behind me go and stated that she needs to wear a hair net or pull all her hair back.. as I was leaving I heard the trainer bad mouthing me to the customer... maybe the health department needs to know about this???.. never going back

The last two times I went there…. Service, horrible food, prep horrible and the last time I went there they gave me my sandwich wrapped around a napkin not in the bag. The one star I’m giving them is very fortunate.

One of the better sub ways out there had a great experience, staff were friendly and quick
