Small restaurant in a small town in Umbria. I came with some friends and we had a great time, great food and fair prices. very nice and friendly staff. We will definitely be back, highly recommended.

We have now visited 3 times, twice for dinner, once for lunch and every time the food has been excellent and the welcome warm. As well as an excellent choice of wine by the bottle that have very acceptable carafes of local wine. The are famous locally for their truffle menus and rightly so. This is good, honest and oh so tasty food served simply. If you want a truffle foam go to Rome!

My sister and her husband, who live in Umbertide, introduced us to this typical Umbrian restaurant. She said it was one of their favorites, and we could see why. The owners, Marco and Irina Caproni, serve up delicious food in a welcoming and quiet atmosphere. If you want to eat really well, you need to come here. This is certainly a hidden gem. They offer a set menu of € 12 for lunch and an a la carte menu in the evening. They are closed on Monday. My sister said she had the best truffles in the area, so we ordered two Tagliatelle with black truffle. Our husbands had the ravioli with butter and sage and the pappardelle with ragu. All of our dishes were so rich and delectable. Our total bill for the cover charge, water, 1/2 liter red wine and 4 pasta dishes was € 50. We left full and happy.
