Just here for coffee, but a really nice soy flat white, with decent strength and nicely steamed milk.

Working at Ultimo doesn't give me a lot of options for a great lunch and we seems to always come back to Lotus story.

Weird thing about this place is it tries to be true to Vietnamese cuisine yet fails on many levels.

Can be very busy. Food is very tasty, and service is good. The atmosphere is okay. Not much more in the area.
