Ben & Jerry's - Ultimo

Always enjoy a good Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream! This one is located at Broadway Shopping Centre right outside Hoyts. Had a craving for it as hadn't had a tub of it in a while. I got a couple of Hand Packed Pints to take away. Usually lured in by chocolate chip cookie dough I didn't deviate from the choices I usually choose. I went with I Dough, I Dough (usually called Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough but changed to highlight marriage equality) and The Tonight Dough Jimmy Fallon (caramel & chocolate ice cream with chocolate cookie swirls & gobs of chocolate chip cookie dough & peanut butter cookie dough). The thing I love about their ice cream is that they have just as much chunks of the added 'extras' to go with the actual ice cream. The service here was lovely.

Conveniently located right outside the cinema at Broadway, it's hard to walk past their icecream display and not get a scoop. I love their unique flavours and combinations especially the ones involving chocolate and peanut butter and the classic chocolate chip cookie dough.

Why is this listed as Glebe when it's smack bang in the middle of Broadway Shopping Centre? Cinemas? Anyway, for the same price as a large Grand Angus meal at Maccas or there abouts, you can opt for a chocolate and peanut cone with your choice of 3 scoops of ice cream. I got Chocolate Fudge Brownie, Strawberry Cheesecake and Chunky Monkey. No complaints, great service.

I first tried Ben & Jerry's when I was in Europe and I couldn't get enough of it and their unique ice cream flavours. I can't get enough of the salted caramel Blondie ice cream covered in big chunks of blonde caramel brownies, it definitely fills my sugar fix.

I love Ben & Jerry's chocolate flavours. They tend to be dark and a little bitter. The choc chip cookie dough is delicious but very sweet. The other positive about these guys, other than their tasty icecream, is that they serve generous scoops!
