I was here in June 2023. Terrible, starting with the waiters and the service. Waiters are mentally retarded, without school, without culture. He stands constantly in front of the entrance to the building, staring at the buttocks of passers-by, and in general they make fun of everyone in turn and openly look with amazement when someone passes by. When you want to order, they speak in Albanian (which is understandable because the majority of the population is Albanian). However, when you tell them that you don't speak Albanian, but Montenegrin (because it is the official language of the country), then they speak in English. When you ask them why they don't speak Montenegrin, or at least Bosnian, Serbian or Croatian, they say it's because they don't want to speak it on purpose, and they say with pride that they know it. Usual chauvinistic Albanian pride... Nationalistic minded... The food is far below average, we ate some tortillas with chicken kebab meat. Dry, tasteless, the order takes about 10 minutes for a 10cm tortilla, which you will pay €5 Simply disgusting. In every possible sense.
