Ice cup OK Coffee OK operation could be more friendly

My sister slipped out and crashed in the café on a spot of cream/ ice this afternoon. The staff didn't even follow an apology even though I told them. The stain was not removed.

At the neighboring table, a group of children (about 14 years) and a child was unintentionally falling down the ashtray and broken. This was very unpleasant to the child, but it has said it and was treated super unfriendly by the service and it was said that this is for adults and that children are not allowed to sit at the table. The children didn't disturb anyone! I've strengthened the child that it was good to say, and it's not bad at all that something went to break. This happens to adults too!
