Gildehaus - Uelzen

We came from outside and were six for dinner at Gildehaus. The young man in service was nice, but no professional. The waiting period for appetizer and main course was a little long. The food itself was good, very rich. Whoever offers Schnitzel in a 1000-gram size basically awakens my mistrust, you should be able to convince above all by quality, not by quantity. We were overall satisfied, but would rather choose upscale cuisine in the future in Uelzen.

Through some information and opinion of v. Citizens a very good, bourgeois restaurant in downtown Uelzen it is true. For lunch, next to the normal card every day 5 different dishes as lunch. My wife had caessler roasts with cabbage and potatoes and I fish, vials with potatoes and a very delicious mustard sauce. Everything, both in price, under 10, € and in quality, excellent, very tasty. The service was very nice and helpful. The restaurant with the rooms very appealing, we come back!! Thank you.

Nice restaurant with outdoor seating. Great, tasty portions of Service Super, it was even undisputed to our toddler. Prices reasonable

How often I was in Uelzen had to be a visit to the “Gildehaus”! The boss is at the stove, the boss is in charge of her husband. Good bourgeois cuisine at prices, how to wish them again and again!

The first look at the hanging menu (still closed) unfortunately did not look deep. However, since one finds nothing with good bourgeois cuisine in Uelzen, we went back as open. Now I only remembered when I was hanging out the menu. This should be changed urgently, because during our stay many looked there and found that carving does not necessarily have to have; so my advice, standing in front of the house, attach a larger box with all the dishes. Operation very friendly and rainy. Eating how to think can be fresh and good.
