Pizza Hut - Ucon

Decided to order pizza hut for my birthday...unfortunately, it was rather disappointing. The crust had not risen enough and was flat, dry and hard (not to mention, the pizza was ice cold by the time it reached us. This location apparently outsourced todoordash, so the pizza was not insulated during delivery). The flavor of the pizza toppings was normal, but we exclusively orderfrom pizza hut because we like their crust. Ended up throwing it away because it was too difficult to chew through the hardcrust. Unsure if I'd order from this location again

Take out is always ready when promised. Watch for good deals and specials on line.

I strongly advise against visiting this place as they show little regard for your safety. Over the span of a month, I notified the staff three times about the presence of black widow spiders in the lobby and underneath the only bench available for customers. Despite my warnings, the webs were left untouched, and the number of these highly venomous spiders only increased. I have several videos and photos documenting the situation, and you can even hear the staff making jokes about it in the background. It’s truly appalling.

I was completely ignored for several minutes, and then I was told very rudely that my pizza was in a bag on a rack in the lobby—something I apparently should have seen when I walked in. I didn’t realize I was expected to just go rummaging through things. Don't worry, I won't be returning. What an experience!

Tonight, I visited the restaurant and ordered pizza, pasta, and breadsticks to go, and everything turned out fantastic. As a customer, I couldn't be more pleased with the service and quality of the food.
