Three stars. The restroom is horrifying at this time! Average service. It seems like they are trying to cut corners.

The staff is polite. The food is tasty, but there are some nuances. The average bill per person is 3k. There is no smoking area with benches.

On May 17, we ordered a memorial lunch at this café. Neither the organization nor the food impressed us. It was unclear why they set up two large tables, with Soviet-style chairs at a pioneer distance from each other. The food was served lukewarm. I did not expect that the chef in the café couldn't cook simple mashed potatoes, which turned out to be inedible. Additionally, we ordered vinaigrette and sweet pie, which were also tasteless. I am still ashamed in front of my relatives, as if I wanted to save money on lunch. I do not recommend Café Zvezdnoe.

I celebrated my anniversary and all the guests loved it.
