Кафе 15/86 - Tyumen

I came to this restaurant based on a recommendation. The hostess, who is from Moscow, greeted me in a friendly manner and showed me to a table by the window, with a time limit until 6:00 pm. The waiter informed me that they were out of pizza and other items on the menu. I ordered a fish soup that was recommended to me and requested bread, balsamic, and olive oil. The soup was mediocre, but the bread was tasty. Overall, I found the service to be average and felt that the waitstaff could have been more attentive. The view from the window was lovely, and the hostesses were welcoming.

The kitchen is well organized, though I wouldn't describe it as incredibly quiet. It offers the best view of the city.

Very nice and cozy. one of the better view of the river. highly recommended.

The restaurant has a lovely ambiance and offers a fantastic view, especially during sunset.
