I will never be returning to this location. If I could give 0 stars I would. ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL SERVICE PROVIDED by the girl at the register (the receipt shows the cashiers name was Syriab ? . I showed up at 10:40pm (20 min before closing time , I chose to ignore the rude attitude she had treated me with while taking my order- but when I asked if they could put Kit Kat toppings on top of my soft serve I was yelled at and she stated in a snarky remark since we 're closing soon we up already put the toppings away , she made it very apparent that we were an inconvenience to her. I then just confirmed and asked so you aren 't able to put toppings on? , she then turned to her coworker asking if she wanted to put the toppings on, that employee then looked at us and stated she had a headache- I then finally said it 's fine if you aren 't able to as it clearly was a issue for them and became an uncomfortable situation. Then when my friend ordered she politely (even though we had been treated so rudely asked a question about a flavor and the employee ROLLED HER EYES at us. I was truly repulsed by her actions- I would have understood if it was 5-10min before closing, but 20 MINUTES...I have worked in the service industry and it is known you are suppose to serve until closing time, I had only asked her to add a topping to my ice cream- not cook a meal. I will be contacting corporate about this as well as the interaction I was just faced with was the worst I have ever encountered at any food service establishment.

Everything tasted old. And workers appeared to have somewhere else they would rather be.

Don’t waste your time. They never have ANYTHING especially cotton candy. The girls up front always have a Issue or attitude. Don’t matter what day or time Ot Is. They are always out of EVERYTHING besides vanilla or chocolate. I wished dippin dots would come back so tired of TCBY laziness.

Drive-thru only so can't wash hands, difficult entrance to navigate (have to cross traffic in busy parking lot),

I really love TCBY, and Wednesday is my favorite day because they have the special I like, the Cappuccino Chiller. It's sort of a milkshake with a slight coffee taste. I wish they would open the dining room, but so far they only have the drive-through. But when I need a treat, I head to TCBY!
