Taco Bell - Tuscaloosa

I had an issue with my order at this restaurant. One item was missing, but that wasn't a big deal. However, the contents of my taco were scattered in the bottom of the bag. Despite this, the woman at the window was very friendly.

The restaurant has consistently cold food, with tacos that taste old and barely any orders are correct. The service is slow, with employees handling food without washing their hands after smoking outside, causing the food to smell and taste like smoke.

We entered the restaurant and placed our order on the kiosk without any issues, as that is our usual method. A Mexican couple who seemed unfamiliar with the kiosk system entered, possibly unable to speak English. After a long wait, the employee behind the counter finally brought us our food and then instructed the Mexican couple to order at the kiosk if they wanted food, before walking away. I was shocked by what I witnessed and heard. The couple left without placing an order, and I don't blame them. It would have been more humane for the employee to assist them at the counter. I definitely won't be returning to this restaurant.

I been in line literally 30plus mine for Uber eats. I tried to order me food thru said they ar went taking orders for anybody but delivery service and online. They closed the lobby so nobody could pick up but you have dudes standing around not doing anything . One of my Uber orders is cold and they are refusing to make it. They said there main concern in DoorDash and Uber they have a million dollar contract with with them. I think we count just as much if we don’t order online or or delivery servthat almost doubles the price then added delivery charges.

Went to a different one than I usually do but the did was good. Only problem was they had to remake pay if the order twice because it was made wrong but they finally got it right.
