Swen used to be fantastic, but now the sweet and sour chicken is burnt, the sauce tastes old, and there's no manager on duty, just the waitstaff. It's really disappointing. Be cautious if you decide to go!

I waited over an hour for a call-in order. They initially told me it would take a maximum of 10 minutes, but in the end, it took an hour. They also forgot about my order altogether.

The girl at the front desk at night lacks a pleasant demeanor. She never says thank you; she simply hands you your order and that's it. Even when taking phone orders, she doesn't sound happy at all. This has made me hesitant to place an order due to her unfriendly attitude, and this has happened multiple times. On the other hand, the steak and cheese rolls and combination rice are absolutely delicious!
