I even placed my order online to avoid the wait, but I've been sitting at the window for 15 minutes without a single greeting from the staff. I've noticed other customers leaving the drive-thru line due to the delay. This is unacceptable, Smoothie King.
The young woman at the counter was very polite. I wanted to leave a tip but hardly ever have cash on me. The rest of the staff remained composed, even though it was the start of the lunch rush.
The staff was extremely courteous, particularly when I needed a little extra time to make my decision. Her tone was very professional and friendly.
