Mcdonald's - Tuscaloosa

This review is based on our last trip tru visit. I wish I could give more stars for the service because they were really nice, but I almost had to stop giving them a 2 star because we waited for over 10 minutes on the window! as short as we moved into the window, they gave us our drinks and eat, except the pommes. they said they had to make something fresh. cool, that's my favorite look! After closing the window, we tried the nuggets, freshened and perfectly salted. then we noticed that she gave us the wrong drink. for 5 minutes we tried to get their attention without awakening. we didn't want to be rude. then another 5 roll around and we noticed that the line was always very long. Why they didn't just let us swim on the side was beyond me. Finally, we have their attention, they switched the drinks and still no fraught. Finally, 5 minutes later, we got our fries that were not salted at all, and went home. Unfortunately, when we came home, that was cold, we got no serviettes (we should have checked before leaving) and our burgers looked like the leaning tower of piazza. ho hum. I can't imagine what the people have been through behind us.

The fries were hot, but my nuggets were lukewarm. I was hungry and didn't have time to get a replacement, but it was alright overall. Food rating: 3/5.

I found something in the fish sandwich that tasted like rotten fish. I definitely wouldn't have been able to swallow it if I had taken a bite. Additionally, the drink tasted as if the syrup for the beverage machines wasn't cleaned or properly calibrated; it was really unpleasant. I can't recommend this place, and I won't be returning. My friends were great, but that's about all I can say positively.

I said that I was on the way up and was on command. what probably took 20 minutes...small job at this .finally brought someone else to command. had to go to the place to get my order, which took more time. they stopped the road, stopped at a red light and thought better to check.sure enough. they left a mcmuffin, had to turn around and get back. Quite say it took 45 minutes to get only 1 chicken biscuit with heavy force and 1 mcmuffin, with much frustration and aggravation.

Very rude manager. asked for a vanilla cone and they gave me ice cream in a cup, then refused to put it in a cone?
