Mcdonald's - Tuscaloosa

Night service is Horrible! Lobby is closed of course and they will not take drive thru orders. People are continuously getting in line then leaving because they wait so long. If they are closed, they should be closed. STOP WAISTING PEOPLES TIME! ! This gives a Very bad name to McDonald's

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. It took LITERALLY 15 minutes for anyone to talk to us on the speaker to take our order and then they were extremely rude. THEN, they forgot two out of four of our drinks and the two that they did give us, were wrong. They didn’t put three of our fries in the bag and didn’t give us any sauces and when we asked for them, they tried to charge us EXTRA. Do not waste your time coming here. Absolutely ridiculous.

I have to say, I had the best experience in 32 years with a McDonald’s today at this location. The lady at the drive thru window made my entire day. The warmth and kindness she showed is phenomenal. I will be back for my Coke and a Smile ?!

We went to McDonald's in Tuscaloosa, Al. we actually enjoyed our meal . We had breakfast and employees were super nice. The place inside and the tables were clean .We enjoyed our b'fast .

This is the worst one,I ordered a number 4 they gave me a cold hard biscuit with cheese on it, I was gonna go ahead and eat it but I looked at it carefully before I got ready to eat it and it had hair on it,and it took about 30 minutes Just to get it,I'll never go back to this location. And if you are in a hurry don't go to this location.
