Hardee's - Tuscaloosa

I enjoyed a pleasant experience at the restaurant as I waited for my freshly made chicken club sandwich and fresh fries.

The dining experience was awful - the food was cold and the fries tasted old, as if the oil hadn't been changed in years. The meat was overcooked.

The loud music made it difficult to hear. I requested honey but never received it. my drink was handed to me while I was still drinking it. The woman was too busy chatting with someone else to take my order at the window. The fries and burger were almost cold.

At two different locations in tuscaloosa, pulled around 12:00 and placed on the order screen for about 15mins at both locations, always hallo and nothing say, no one would take my order, but they were open, and no one would say no one would all I always said hallo, asking that they closed even tho a big sign on the intercom set me to say they were totally pulled back 24 hours, but nothing was left out. I even sent someone up there and they said no one would even come to the window. they just get paid... it's just sad

Don’t get the chicken biscuit. My chicken was so burnt that it was just skin and no mean. disappointed..
