Burger King - Tuscaloosa

I ordered breakfast and paid for my lunch, but after I paid, I was informed that the fat wasn't hot and they had to replace it. This was at 7 o'clock—why wasn't the fat ready by then, considering breakfast started hours earlier? I waited 10 minutes for my order to be checked, but the fat still wasn't hot, so I asked for a refund. It seems like the King of Burg didn't prepare properly for the day. It all starts with the manager knowing how to prioritize tasks.

Despite being short on time, I got through the drive-thru in under five minutes. The food was hot and delicious, and the staff was very friendly. Food rating: 5/5.

That must be the worst almost food in tuscaloosa. they can't get orders to save their lives. cannot wait until this place closes.

Ok could get the order to go through the app, so I had to order when I'm there. burger wasn't right and no sauce for the fried cheese. but the speed when the order comes out and the customer service was drastically better than its in years that improves the score for me and they have recognized my dog in the window. I loved that too.

The service I received was absolutely terrible. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a sandwich and French toast sticks. I was told to pull up and that it would just take a minute. Since there were no other cars behind me, I decided to wait at the window so they wouldn’t have to walk out to me. Instead, I was yelled at and criticized by the store manager for not moving immediately. When I finally received my food, which took less than a minute, I asked for syrup for the French toast. The manager told me they were out of syrup but claimed that if I had pulled up sooner, she would have been able to get some for me. I asked if she could find some for me now, and she angrily said no and insisted that I just leave. I was shocked by the manager's treatment and asked for a refund, vowing never to return to that store again.
