Buffalo Wild Wings - Tuscaloosa

This experience borderlined on painful. I ordered salt and vinegar wings with orange chicken sauce on the side on line. My order was wrong. The wings were naked. No sauce, no salt vinegar seasoning. I called the restaurant, the girl who answered the phone asked me what was wrong with the order? I tried to explain to her what was wrong but she cut me off mid-sentence said, bring it back, we will make you a new order. I brought the order back. The same girl who answered the phone asks me what was wrong with the order? I said, As I tried to explain to you on the phone the wings are completely naked. They are supposed to be salt and vinegar with a side of orange chicken sauce. She cuts me off again says, so you just need the sauce? I explained for the 3rd time what the order should be. She takes the bag from me, comes out of the kitchen 2-3 minutes later with the orange chicken sauce and the SAME WINGS (AND FRIES) dusted with the salt and vinegar and hands the bag back to me. So much for re-making my now 80 minute old order. Thanks B-Dubs! $40 down the drain!Perhaps you could also mention to your employees, instead of waiting on their turn to talk, they could listen??? Chances are, they could get people out of there much quicker??? Since it seems like that is their ultimate goal.

The food is really good. Right now there is a bogo on boneless wings that makes things even better. However... the service sucks. The last 2 times we have been, we had to get up and search for someone to fill our drinks. Food has been warm.

Has root beer. Got ice with it too which was pretty cool. The straw was plastic so it didn't disintegrate in my drink like a paper one, which definitely was my reasoning for at least one of my stars.
