Golden Crust Pizza - Turangi

I've had one of the best vegetarian pizzas ever at this place! I highly recommend the peri peri paneer for anyone who enjoys vegetarian options. They even accommodate special requests for vegetarians. Plus, they have a separate cutter for slicing vegetarian pizzas. If you're in the Turangi area or near Mt. Ruapehu National Park, you must visit this spot for the best pizza. We traveled 20 km just to enjoy it!

Quite a good pizza selection. There some great flavours on offer. There's only one type of base, so don't expect thin'n'crispy. But the pizza tastes great. Only took about 10min for a pizza. There's a comfy waiting area. There's plenty of other things on the menu including Burgers and chicken. So you can pretty much cover all the families needs for a meal here. To be clear, it's simple, but yummy.

Last month, I celebrated my son's birthday and these guys were great! Got our order for 20 ppl ready at time and the pizzas were delicious. Happy knowing they just came fresh from the oven. Kids and adults lived it. 100% recommended, they were welcoming and let me arrange the eating area for our little party <3 Thanks a lot!

During our overnight stay in Turangi, we were looking for something straightforward to eat. We opted for a BBQ meat pizza along with the six-piece chicken tenders and chips, and both dishes surpassed our expectations. We couldn't finish everything, so we saved the leftovers for lunch on the road the next day. The service was quick and friendly, the chicken was tender and delicious, and the pizza was fantastic. Wow! The next time we're in the area, we already know where we'll be dining!

I had a fantastic dining experience at Golden Crust Pizza in Turangi with my family. The pizza was absolutely amazing, and the lamb bites and chicken tenders were delicious. We were on a trip from Wellington to Auckland and decided to make a stop here for food. Not only was the food incredible, but the staff also had friendly and smiling faces, making it a memorable visit. Highly recommend!
