There were only 2 other customers inside the restaurant, while there were approximately 8 vehicles in the drive-thru line. The Burger King was well-maintained, organized, and clean. The staff members were hardworking, efficient, and polite. I hope that their managers will acknowledge, value, and reward them appropriately.
The food was delicious, the service was quick, and the French fries were excellent. However, my wife was upset about paying $0.50 for a cup of water when a similar cup at Burger King costs only a few cents. Times have changed, and I understand that fast food restaurants like Burger King are struggling to stay in business. Despite this minor issue, our overall experience was very good. I don't think this is a reason to deduct a star, so I will give it five stars again.
I ordered from the drive-thru at this restaurant. The parking lot had large puddles of water, which could sometimes hide the barrier, so you need to be cautious. The store had a yellow caution sign to alert drivers to the concrete lurking below. While someone had quick thinking to put up the sign, the parking lot will need to be addressed in the long term because these water puddles were not just from standard floods or big storms, but from the regular spring weather.
