Stables Ranch Grille - Tubac

We had a fantastic Sunday brunch on the terrace at the stables. The service was attentive and friendly, and we enjoyed a stunning view of the grounds from our shaded table. The Otero breakfast and Otero Burger were both perfectly prepared. The coffee and cocktails, including the Tequila Sunrise and classic margarita, were amazing!

What an amazing restaurant! The views are stunning, the food and cocktails are excellent, and the service is top-notch. We always enjoy our visits here; it's such a calm and enjoyable atmosphere. I always order the vegetarian dish, which never fails to impress, while my husband alternates between the fish options, and he can't stop praising them! The margaritas and old fashioneds are also fantastic!

My wife and I celebrated our first anniversary, and everything was fantastic. Our waitress, Rosa, was incredibly sweet and attentive. The hostess seated us by the window, which was a lovely touch. The drinks were spot on; the Uno Mas was reminiscent of a sweeter Old Fashioned, and my wife’s Spa Pomegranate Martini was perfect. We chose to visit on a Wednesday (a plan of mine) because they offer the best ribs that day—10 ounces of delicious prime beef at a great price. My wife enjoyed her short rib as well, especially the risotto it came with, and the meat was tender and easily pulled apart. I should also mention our appetizers: the bread (which wasn’t complimentary) and the bacon-wrapped shrimp were both excellent and highly recommended. With the great ambiance and beautiful views, this was a wonderful return visit, and it’s a place we’ll definitely stop at again during our trips to Tubac. Tip: Be sure to make reservations!

Simple DINNER overview: dishes are $30 40 a dish drinks are $10 15 each taste is usually mild, but nicely cooked servings are as expected for this price class (small) The hours are greatly reduced by my previous experience service was acceptable. Fast, stable and efficient. Not necessarily. Overall overview of experience: Acceptable for a hotel retreat, but not great enough to get out of the way.

Went and had breakfast and it was very good nice portion size tasty and a nice view. the one and only problem I had with it was that it was a long long way from the parking lot to the restaurant I'm talking about you need a golf cart to get there completely unacceptable but there's nothing they can do about it because that's the way they built it years ago so be prepared to walk a long long way to get to the restaurant other than that it was fine.
