I came here because I heard that the famous apple pie from Hirosaki can be eaten at this store. I arrived around 12 o'clock on a holiday. There weren't many customers. I thought it was a bakery because the apple pie was famous, but it seems that the main focus is on Western sweets such as cakes and baked goods. Several apple pies were already baked. I ordered the apple pie and the ice cream that was recommended by the shop. The apple pie had thinly sliced apples neatly arranged, rather than chopped. When I tasted it, the crisp texture of the apples remained, giving me a new experience of eating apple pie. On the other hand, I was happy that the ice cream came in a waffle cone, but it had a regular flavor. I think the apple pie was 320 yen, and the soft serve ice cream was less than 300 yen. I recommend trying this famous apple pie representing Aomori at least once.

There are plenty of fashionable cakes here. However, they are small so they disappear in no time. Overall, they are quite expensive so it's best for special occasions.
