Zano's Family Italian Pizzeria

Wonderful experience! Great food and drinks. The waitress was freendly and offered recommendations to the menu and places to visit in the area. Godfather Pizza was amazing. The outdoor food on a summer night was just perfect. Very recommended!

Beautiful family restaurant! They were swapped when we were there, but we sat immediately and the owner took our drinks orders. The lasagna was really delicious!! The pizza was very good, but we wish we had ordered it thin / crispy. We will definitely come back.

Had high hopes. we stay 6 minutes away and they have good reviews and pictures of well made pizza. We got it home and it's totally understated. We don't even have a stove at the rentals to cook it. The presentation looks great, but I never spend money again. Maybe they baked us a half. I don't know. It's unusable. Would have been happier with a lunch. I hope others have a better experience.

A wonderful place to grab some delicious Italian dishes. Serving is generous and you probably have to take some home. A bit loud, but friendly staff and good service. Everything in the menu is available. Prices are very reasonable. Very recommend the Lasagna, it is definitely enough for exchange!!

This place provided prompt, polite and pleasant service and the food was some of the best we?ve had in Truckee. Let me start this review by clarifying that this is not a fancy restaurant. It is closer to a midrange sports bar that has good food and a fun vibe. They had a football game playing on all the TVs (no sound), easily visible if you wanted to watch the game. They take good care of the kids. They provide crayons and coloring sheets. They have many options for kids meals. Or kids said this was the best pasta they?ve ever had at a restaurant. Adult meals were great, too. Wife had a shrimp dish and I had spaghetti bolognese with a side of blue cheese salad. Everything was phenomenal. The salad used real blue cheese, not just crumbs. We ordered the crazy Italian which we don?t recommend as it?s a really strong rum taste. Unless you like rum, in which case, go for it. We then got a margarita which was very good. We?ll be back.
