After waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes, we had to leave to get our daughter home, fed, and ready for bed. When I informed the hostess that we needed to leave, she told me there were still four other tables in front of us. My frustration isn’t just about the reservation issue—it's the feeling of being misled. As new parents, it's challenging enough to take our baby out for a nice evening without facing these additional hurdles from a restaurant. Had we been informed honestly from the start, we would have been disappointed but would have understood and returned another evening. Unfortunately, now we won't be coming back. It’s no wonder so many restaurants are closing; young professionals today aren't willing to spend their hard-earned money at places that disregard the customer experience.
DOES NOT HONOR OPENTABLE RESERVATIONS! While they are listed on OpenTable, they do not accept any reservations at any of their locations. According to the staff, they “block” OpenTable for some reason. When I suggested that the manager update their OpenTable account, I was met with the response, “That’s not my job!”

When I approached the hostess to have us removed from the list, I was told there were four tables ahead of us. What frustrates us most is not just the reservation mix-up but the dishonesty we encountered. As new parents, it’s already a challenge to take our baby out for a nice dinner without facing unnecessary obstacles from a restaurant. Had we been told the truth about the wait time, we would have understood and opted to return another night. Now, we have no intention of coming back. It's concerning that so many places are closing down. Many young professionals, like us, don’t want to spend their hard-earned money at establishments that disregard customer experience.
"NOT PUBLIC RESULTS! Yes, they’re registered, but no, they don’t accept reservations. Every place I checked said the same. According to the staff, they have 'blocked' OpenTable—whatever that means. When I suggested to the manager that they should update their OpenTable account, they replied, 'That's not my job!'"
